Innovation & Education Foundation (I&E) is a dynamic non-profit (501C3) organization dedicated to empowering underrepresented communities by improving access to education, healthcare research, trainings, and career readiness. Our mission is to bridge gaps in essential resources and opportunities, ensuring that every individual has the tools they need to succeed.

At I&E, we believe education is the cornerstone of a thriving society. We offer comprehensive educational programs, scholarships, paid internships and mentorship opportunities to help learners achieve their academic goals. Our healthcare initiatives focus on expanding access to quality healthcare research promoting wellness and addressing health disparities. Additionally, our career readiness programs equip individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in today’s workforce, fostering economic independence and growth.
