Information for Presenters
We welcome presentations on research, projects, professional development, and internship or fellowship experiences related to Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Education, and Data Science/ML/AI.
Presentation Format:
Presenters may use PDF, PowerPoint, or any other suitable format for their online presentation via Zoom.
Proposal Guidelines:
Proposals should be written in Times New Roman, font size 12 or smaller.
Include the presenter’s full name, email address, and institutional affiliation.
List the names and email addresses of all contributors involved in the research or project.
Student presenters must include an approval or recommendation from their research or project advisor.
Please submit your proposal using the registration link below by October 5, 2026. Registration is completely free for all attendees, presenters, and participants.
